Cancellation requests must include the booking number, customer name, contact details and reason for cancellation. Requests should be submitted through email, contact form or customer panel where available.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the general period is fourteen days. Date-specific accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage, entertainment or leisure services may be outside the right of withdrawal under distance sales rules.

Refunds are made through a method compatible with the original payment instrument. Bank and card processing times may vary.

For 2026, consumer disputes below 186,000 TRY may be submitted to Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees.
