Skypark Apart-Hotel is a hotel complex at an altitude of 740 m, located in a picturesque and secluded place among the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana. The all-season resort "Rosa Khutor" is 3 km from us, the ski lift of the all-season resort "Gazprom", the Alpika slope is 300 m away. Not far from the railway station Rosa Khutor, Sochi International Airport - 42 km.

he following services are available for guests: a restaurant serving European cuisine, a buffet breakfast, secure parking, Wi-Fi throughout, a free gym, a 24-hour front desk, and a free shuttle service to Rosa Khutor. In summer, there is a paid shuttle service to the coast of Imereti beach.
